Who can use Kinder
Kinder for Parents is intended for adults, including parents and guardians, who coordinate childcare with trusted contacts. Children do not create accounts or use Kinder independently. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for deciding which people you invite or accept into your circles and groups.
Who provides Kinder
Kinder is provided by Tools for Parents Ltd (company number 17150507), a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 5 Woods Mews, 87 Little Lane, Ilkley, England, LS29 8JF. Contact us at support@kinderapp.co.uk.
What the service does
Kinder provides private tools for contacts, groups, childcare requests, invitations, calendar coordination and direct or group messages. Kinder is not an emergency service, a childcare marketplace, a screening service, or a guarantee that an arrangement or person is safe. You remain responsible for your childcare decisions and arrangements.
Community rules
Do not use Kinder for harassment, threats, abuse, hate, sexual content, exploitation, child sexual abuse material, unsafe contact with children, spam, scams, impersonation, unlawful activity, or content that puts another person at risk. Do not share another person’s information unless you have a proper reason and permission to do so.
Messages and other content
You are responsible for the messages, profile information, child details, invitations and other content you submit. You must have the right to share it. You allow Kinder to store and show that content to the contacts, group members or invited guardians selected through the product, only as needed to provide and protect the service.
Reporting, blocking and action
Use the in-app report action or email support@kinderapp.co.uk if something is unsafe or violates these rules. You can block or remove contacts, and group admins can manage group membership. Kinder may review reports, restrict accounts, remove content or connections, or suspend or terminate access where needed. Read the safety guidance for the current reporting and moderation process.
Accounts and deletion
Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you think someone has accessed your account. You can delete your account from the app. See the account deletion page for the in-app path and help if you cannot sign in.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information Kinder handles, why it is used, who may receive it, and how deletion works. Please do not put passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or support emails.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain or improve Kinder, address safety issues, or comply with legal obligations. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but mobile networks, device platforms and other services can affect availability.
