What to include
Tell us what happened, which screen you were using, and the app version shown under Profile > App Settings. Do not email passwords or verification codes.
Safety concerns
Use Kinder’s in-app report action where possible so the relevant account, message, group, invitation, or request is attached. You can also read the safety guidance.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in Kinder under Profile > App Settings. If you cannot open the app, follow the account deletion instructions.
