Expected behaviour
Do not use Kinder for harassment, threats, abuse, hate, sexual content, exploitation, spam, scams, impersonation, or unsafe contact with children.
Reporting
You can send a safety report from the in-app feedback form. Include who or what you are reporting and enough context for the Kinder team to investigate. You can also email a safety concern.
Response and escalation
Reports are reviewed by the Kinder safety owner or an authorised moderator. Our default targets are immediate acknowledgement and triage for urgent reports during staffed hours, within one working day for high-severity reports, and within two working days for routine reports. Kinder is not an emergency service: if someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services or the appropriate local safeguarding authority first.
Blocking and removing contacts
You can block or remove contacts from Profile > App Settings > Manage contacts. Blocking removes the connection and prevents new contact requests between those accounts.
Groups
Group invites should be shared privately by code, QR, direct contact, or invite link. Group admins should remove people who are abusive, unsafe, or no longer trusted by the group.
Review and action
Kinder may review reports, restrict accounts, remove connections, remove unsafe group access, or take other action where needed to protect users and the service. Serious or urgent safety concerns, including suspected exploitation or unsafe contact involving a child, should also be reported to emergency services or the appropriate local safeguarding authority. If you believe an account action was mistaken, email support to request a review.
